viva las vegas!
so im home after a very long and stressful trip... for those of u who dont know i went to vegas this weekend for a lil vaca and "A Signature Gathering" a Paul Mitchell convention/educational seminar/party ... so um...
how many things could go wrong in one weekend?!
so ben and i get to vegas and we park in the parking lot of a carrows across the street from the Monte Carlo... and we get out and thats when i realize that my ID announcing that i am the legal age of 21 is 300 miles away on the dashboard of my car in a camp pendelton parking lot. LUCKILY... in vegas they don't card u! haha! I got carded once and kicked out of Paris after a horrible looking woman asked for my ID which i was unable to present. Ben just asked for 2 drinks and gave me one... and the other times i was not carded...
when we returned to the car to drive down the strip to New York, New York I noticed a nice big spider-web crack in the passengers side of the front windshield, and finger prints all over the windows cuz someone was trying to steal the car... FYI ben has a tiny lil bit of an anger problem... we ended up in city hall at 6am filing a police report...
we then went to McD's for some cheap breakfast and tried to check in early to the hotel... at 8:00am we went to the front desk and were turned away until "10:30" altho i went back and asked an hour later and we were able to check in and proceeded to PASS OUT at 9:15. We work up around 2:30, watched American History X and then registered for classes at 5:00
on a good note the classes were great and i had an awesome time... i got to meet a lot of cool people and take classes with some of the best educators in the business... john-paul dejoria, winn claybaugh, dennis james, angus mitchell, robert cromeans, scott cole, linda yodice, jimmy angel... the greats... and JPMS knows how to take care of their stylists! I got soooo much free crap! new products, bags, shirts, cds, food, drinks, books and tons of education... i would hope so for the $250 ticket price!! anyways... im tired and i need to relax a bit...
