Sucessfully turned 34.
Lost about 129 quadruple chocolate muffins to not releasing from their muffin trays. Note to self. MUST line muffin trays..
Work was uneventful, cept I rushed out to buy a Cheesecake shop Strawberry Torte because above mentioned muffins were in broken pieces in a 8 litre container.
Mum and ABev pulled out all stops for dinner! two trays of home made lasagna from scratch! My mums hand made pasta is unlike anything else! I made pannacotta and pineapple sorbet, which ended up being more like pineapple couli and mum bought an icecream cake which has always been a classic.
I have new bakeware. Look out world, Fiona has cookie cutters.
now I need 7 hours sleep in a row to start the next 365 days in style.
