Money from the Government and the Beach
Yesterday was a really busy day. I had a meeting with the social welfare office in a move to get some much needed money off the government. Before that I had to dig out loads of papers and bank statments and things like that. The meeting was good, the woman i was dealling with was very nice and friendly. I must go back in and drop off two more bits of paper.
After that I got the bus home, ate dinner and went back out.
I drove this time, over to Bellair to collect
gavindillon so I could take him away to teach him how to drive. It went pretty well. I believe it was his first time ever driving a car and there were some awful starts but that is to be expected. Overall he did very well though. I think he was terrified the whole time. Well maybe not terrified but certainitly apprehsive.
Today I drove to the beach with
zarkia. It was wonderful. The sun was shining the whole time we were there, it was warm and beautiful. I feel so envigourated afterwards. I really enjoyed the driving part too. And for once the weather was working with us because soon after we left home it started raining. Lucky us, we missed the rain.
