The weather has been fantastic...
So the sun has been shining since Thursday. It's been wonderful. Of course, I've gotten no work done since then.
I applied for my Driver Theory Test, finally. My test is on the 1st of August. Now i have to get my hands on a book and learn off all the answers to all the questions.
loosa_lee has promised to take
zarkia and i out driving. Just practice at starting the engine and stuff. I've never sat in the driver seat of a car before. It's going to be a little scary
Ria and I walked home from the motor tax office on Thursday afternoon, it was a beautiful day, the river looked wonderful, and I saw little bits of cork I've never seen before. I think i damaged my foot however, it's been bothering me since. It's slightly better this morning, but I'm still limping.
Liam and
gavindillon had a BBQ Saturday afternoon. I was eating for two hours solid, the food way delicious. I then went into town and met
no_smurfing_way, who is back from china for a few weeks. Welcome back, it was good to see you. After that the BBQ party was still going so we stayed up chatting for a little while.
Liam drove us to the beach on Sunday. It was brilliant. Liam's driving... woo hooo. The beach was so nice, I went in swimming twice, the second time i actually came out of the water hot. We brought food and had a bit of a picnic for ourselves. It was soooooo good.
