"So what did you say?"
"I told her that, the way things were at that job, that I didn't want a spoonful of self-awareness, I wanted a five gallon bucket of pure rage."
"And that's when she fired you?"
"Yep. Which, surprisingly enough, really made me happy, made me think about what kind of work I want to do. So, ultimately, I didn't get the bucket, but I got the spoonful."
