run, run, running

* This morning I got up super early (it was still dark) to go and the Fun Run. 8km! It was actually pretty fun once I got started. I was worried about it for the whole week for some silly reason. I am proud of myself for being able to run the whole distance (minus the few bits at the beginning where it was too crowded to do anything but walk) and I am glad I took part in the event. Thank you to everyone who sponsored me. You're awesome!

* Now I'm somewhat frantically trying to finish getting myself organised for my big trip! I'm flying out on Tuesday!

* Some of the things I still have to do:
- pack clothes (involves waiting for clothes to dry. come back sun! ugh!)
- pack everything else
- print out travel docs
- book a couple more train trips
- book a couple more hostels
- give Sasha and Django lots of cuddles so I have a surplus when I'm away
- buy a little notebook
- fix up Powerpoint slides
- print out final PP and paper
- photocopy some docs for sasha for 'in emergency' purposes
- make awesome ipod mix
- charge various gadgets

* And this is getting too long now so I'll stop writing it and go and do some of them. :)
