This year for yuletidde I wrote, and LOVED writing:
After the Boys of Summer Have Gone
It's Shelter (2007) which is a movie runpunkrun introduced to me and she beta read for me along with stultiloquentia and they are darlings and it's more important that you watch this dear sweet inarticulate movie than read my fic because I love it and these boys so much. And they're adorably in love and they create this family together.

And I received a beautiful thoughtful Earthsea fic about Tenar and Tehanu, about the everyday details of life and how they matter as much as the large magics and dragons, and about women. It's gorgeous.
