The Lighter Way To Enjoy Chocolate?

I've put on so, so, so much weight recently. I've been trying to lose a bit of weight and tone up, but it's been difficult for me because of my recent workload. I've hardly had any time to myself to do any keep fit. I'll be joining back at the gym the first chance I get.

I went for a jog this evening in the torrential rain. I quite enjoyed it, and I love the rain! I only wish I hadn't worn a white t-shirt because the whole of Knowsley got the see my nipples. My t-shirt was so wet it was stuck to my body, and I noticed that my belly was jiggling as I ran. I've never been so self conscious when running before.

I've been trying to cut down on the amount of food I eat this past week. So far I haven't done so well, but I've been quite good this evening. I'm surrounded by an entire box of Heroes, Quality Street and Maltesers. I'm so tempted to open them, but I'm being good. Not even the huge box of Maltesers, which are supposed to be "the lighter way to enjoy chocolate", are being opened tonight.

I only have til Friday to look my best for Pride. I don't think I'll lose much weight or tone up much before then, but I'm going to try! I've also hit the sunbeds just to give myself a little bit of colour. I've been desperate for my haircut for a few months, but I haven't had a day off work to go. I'm going to go on Friday morning before traveling to Manchester.

My weight has been up and down so much the past year. This is the worst it's ever been though. Even the children in the youth groups have commented that I'm getting fat. How can I go from a lanky streak of piss to a wobbly belly?
