School News
I got this text from Lauren today (she's doing her school placement in the same class that I had mine in in January/February).
Uv gotta come into
school next week
because the kids wont
stop complainin cos u
haven't been in to see
them. It's vicki last day
so they were all askin
her to come back and
then they said u said u
were gonna come back
but u haven't u mean
mean man :-P
Now I feel so bad. I'm gonna call Abbie (the class teacher) on Monday and see about me going in to help out one day.
In other school-related news, I have arranged to do voluntary work at the special needs schools again this year. I did it for two weeks last year and it was so, so rewarding! It runs for 4 weeks but unfortunately I can only do it for two weeks again this year because it clashes with my Jury Service.
