A Weekend of Partying

Apr 16, 2007 10:06

I've had a mad, mad, mad weekend with lots of alcohol and very little sleep!! I was out drinking every night.

Friday morning I went into uni with Ashley to help her find some children's books for school. We spent most of the time making vaginas out of giant mouths and giving birth to fake fetuses.

Kiss me teeth!

I don't know what the weird noises are about.
Straight from university I went to work at Streetfeet. I like working there. When that finished at 20:30 I went straight to The Logwood to meet Sarah, Gareth, Lindsey and Daniel. We had quite a few drinks and a good laugh and natter. It was late before I got in, and was up at 8:00 for work the next day.

Work was fine, but it was a little quiet because of the nice weather and the Aintree Races. Me and Vicky were so bored we decided to study the differences between all the different Coca-Colas, so at lunch time I went to Tesco and bought all the Cokes they had. I numbered several cups and poured the cokes in and Vicky had to guess which was which. She got 2 out of 6. When Vicky did it to me I scored all right!!

After work I rushed home, got showered and changed and went straight back out to Quattro's with the family to celebrate my 21st Birthday last week. It's an Italian Restaurant we always go to when celebrating a Birthday. I love it there. The meal was gorgeous!
When we got home from Quattro's I went straight back out to head to Manchester. It was Linsey's birthday through the week and she was having a night out in Manchester. The trains weren't running from Rainhill station so I had to get a replacement coach service, but it wouldn't take me to Oxford Road where I needed to go, it only went to Manchester Victoria. It stopped at every train station along the way and took me over an hour and a half to get to Manchester. I got there at about 23:30. I met up with Linsey and we went to a club called Pure. It was really good and we had a good night, although my wisdom teeth started to hurt me really bad. But the more alcohol I got down me the less they hurt.

I got the first train home at 9:15 and realised from the reflection of the window that my jaw was like a tennis ball. It hurt so much.
I thought I was being clever getting the train to Widnes then getting the 61 bus home from there, rather than getting the replacement coach back to Rainhill. But when I got to Widnes I realised that the 61 bus didn't start running until noon. I wasn't going to wait 2 hours for the bus, so I had to walk all the way home from Widnes. I've walked home from Widnes before, but never after a night out when I've been dancing all night. My legs would probably have been hurting but the pain caused by my wisdom teeth took my mind off it.
It took me an hour and a half to walk home from Widnes, which is pretty good going. As soon as I got home I was getting ready for work. Work was fine, but I was on my feet all day so I still hadn't rested my legs after my dancing and walk home.

After work I rushed home, rushed my tea, had a shower and got changed, and went straight to St. Helens to meet Jayne. I've not seen her in ages so I was looking forward to catch up with her. We ended up having a full night out. It was really good. But come 23:30 I was so drunk, tired and sore that we had to sit down. I felt so ill so we went to The Sefton to sit down so I could try and sober myself up. I don't usually get that drunk, but I think my lack of sleep didn't help (and that I'd been taking tablets for my swollen jaw). I managed to sober up a bit so we went to Panama Joe's but I wasn't drinking any more. I decided to go home at 1:00 because I was too tired and my legs were sore too. I'd had a good night though.

Today I've had chance to catch up on my sleep and to just chill. I went to PC World before and got myself a laptop. I've wanted a laptop for a while so I'm made up I finally have one - I no longer have to sit in the shitty Dining Room to us the Internet.
My jaw is not as swollen as it was yesterday, but it's still sore. I'm (hopefully) going to the dentist tomorrow.
