Knowsley Flower Show
Last night was awesome. I was out for Jack's 18th Birthday, but he wasn't getting to town until late so I headed out on my own to see who I found out. I saw Alex and had a few drinks with him in The Lisbon. We then moved onto Masquerade Bar and met up with Alex's friend Mark. We then went onto Navy Bar where I bumped into my friend Kate. I met up with a lad called Michael in Navy. Everyone headed to G-Bar but I stayed in Navy with Michael and his friend Kim for a bit longer. Michael and Kim were getting the bus home at midnight, but I managed to persuade Michael to stay out in town, so Kim phoned for a lift home and we waited with her until her lift arrived. Me and Michael then went to G-Bar where we met up with Jack. He was out with lil Dave, Kathryn, Jenny, and Lyndzi. They didn't stay out for long, and me and Michael only stayed until the change over. I had a natter with Whitney Wideon (one of the DJs) and she was talking about me over the mic for all in Geeb to hear, it was so funny! I found JaiB to pay him for my Alton Towers tickets then got a taxi home with Michael. It was a really good night out, and I was so drunk!
I had work today, but it wasn't my usual Prescot Museum job. I was borrowed for the day by Knowsley Arts Service for the Knowsley Flower Show. I was so tired because I had no sleep last night. Today I've been making giant dream-catchers to hang in the trees. The dream catchers had giant hearts hanging from them, so I was walking around the park asking children to write messages about love, friendship and happiness in the hearts. It sounds cheesy, I know, but it worked really well.
I've had countless pictures taken of me working by photographers, so whether they'll appear in local newspapers/magazines I don't know. I was even interviewed by some guy, so whether I'll be on TV or some promotional video somewhere I don't know.
An early night for me tonight, me thinks! I'm up early for school in the morning. I loved it last week and can't wait for this week.
