I send out my congratulations to Sven, Rizzla and the rest of The Local Gethighs for a rockin' preformance at the sketchy El Mocambo, even if Eighties, Crackhead, Chuck, Mat and others nearly tore down the place in a five person mosh pit. What an opening with Jungle, I thought I was going to pass out if it wasn't for the fear of being trampled by a sweaty guy sans shirt. Corpse wasn't nearly as bad as Rizzla or Sven made it out to be, but I was waiting for Rizzla's kick-ass drum solo (which didn't make an appearance). By the end of the night, Mir was wearing a BK crown, Mat was carried home, Spencer was kicked out, Shane (2)almost lost his camera (which would've found a nice living space in my room), Chuck hurt his wrist, the employees at the El Mocambo were disgruntled (and probably had some hostile feelings to the Gethighs and it's fans) and we were all covered in a light to medium sheen. All in all, a great night. I was smiling all on my walk home from the station.

I've been reduced to a giddy schoolgirl, and happily blame it on a certain someone who has disapeared in to the woods, probably doing some manly sports or building something. I can't wait till after the long weekend.
