update
jog log: ran 16 miles yesterday, and my knees still work. towards the end it did feel as if one side of my left calf was slipping higher than the other, which was disconcerting. special thanks to craig for running the first 6 miles with me, thus making life so much easier.
the sunset was huge and golden and turned the clouds pink. the sky was so awesome that it felt like i was looking god in the face, so much so that i was compelled to say hello.
and yes i apologize for only making my "bright side of life" posts public, but seriously, my other ones... they were really 'lord-ish.
if you want to think about something depressing, think about all the little kids being kidnapped and sold on the other side of the world as sex slaves or to pick cocoa for chocolate. booo....
