First off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY mesmerising!!!! (even though I'm just a little bit late.)
And to remember it, I think back to a night that occurred one year ago. A night on which some of us got ourselves all prettified and went to a ball. XD Let's all look back to Sammy's 21st! (Since you know, I never posted about it at the time...)

And you also need to see the awesome up-do that took my hairdresser about an hour and a half to do.

This photo just amuses me XD Sammy had trouble blowing out the candles due to corset restrictions.
An awesome night! XD The one thing that still gets me though, is I'm still not quite sure how I managed to get to the hotel. See I live in the Eastern Suburbs, and the party was over in North Sydney, so I had to take a cab there and a cab home as well. Trust me when I say that getting into those taxis in that dress, was incredibly difficult. Pretty sure I only managed to get into them through sheer will :D
And since we're on the topic of 21st parties, how about some photos from mine? (Which was in... March '09? Yep, over a year ago.)
The theme for my 21st was Disco Night which was seriously so much fun! My whole family dressed up and looked awesome, and I was so proud of everyone else that dressed up too. Two of my Dad's friends actually came as John Lennon and Yoko Ono. And my godparents dressed up as two members of ABBA. Oh yeah! XD

No one recognised me with the blue wig on, lol. Seriously. My older brother didn't even recognise me - Marc and his fiancee Chelsea walked straight past me when they first arrived, and I had to call them back because they hadn't realised it was me XD
