Another good writing day :D Well, more like good writing hour and a half, lol since almost all of it was written after I got home from work tonight.
Am slowly whittling down the amount that I'm behind by.
Had to go to Centrelink today to hand in a form which did not make me happy. Luckily only had to wait about five minutes which was good.
Also picked up my winnings from the Melbourne Cup. I won $22.40, so that meant a profit of $12.40. Woo! Okay, so not much, but a profit is still a profit :D

Excerpt: Li sees his cousins Edgar and Juliet and goes over to talk to them.
I glanced over at Edgar. He smiled at me and as we shook hands I pulled him in for a manly hug and pat on the back. “Man, I thought you were still in England,” Edgar said.
“Got home last week,” I replied.
Edgar exchanged a glance with Juliet and they both rolled their eyes. “And you’re just letting us know now?” he asked. “What a great cousin you are.”
I sighed and looked towards the ceiling. “Yeah, sorry, blah, blah, blah.”
I looked over to my right as Zach and Justin joined us. It didn’t surprise that Zach had made his way over here. He’s always had a bit of a crush on Juliet. Not that he’ll ever get anyway with it. For one thing she’s never looked twice at him and for another Aunt Ophelia would probably kill her if she started dating a zombie. Juliet isn’t even allowed to date one of the Turned vampires, let alone another species altogether. Its Pureblood vampires for Juliet (and Edgar for that matter as well) and nothing else. It wouldn’t surprise me if Aunt Ophelia already had a nice Pureblood boy lined up already for Juliet to marry.
But good luck to Zach. I’ve explained all of this to him before and if he wants to devote himself to a hopeless cause that’s his choice.
Quote of the Day:
Juliet: [to Li] You've let your hair grow. [pouting] Now you look like the typical emo vamp.
