Weird Weekend and stuff
It was a weird weekend, lol. For starters I couldn't go to dancing on Saturday morning because of period pain and even though I took some pain killers it still came in and out throughout the morning and afternoon. Wasn't particularly fun.
Jaime messaged me about 5pm and asked if I wanted to do drinks, which sounded good. I was feeling better so I figured why not. And we were only going down to the Doncaster so it wouldn't be far if I did have to home from pain again. Turned out to be a really fun, if somewhat weird night. We had a few drinks at the Doncaster then Kyra messaged us and said we had to come to this party at Maroubra that her and Fitz were at. Once we finally figured out where she was and got there we ended up meeting some friends of Fitz's. I ended up getting very drunk and didn't get home until 4:30am.
Was meant to work on Sunday but the period pain was back again when I woke up so I had to call in sick (the hangover probably didn't help either, lol). Spent the day drifting around the house and watching all ten episodes of the new show 10 Things I Hate About You. I have become completely addicted to it, lol. Can't wait for the second season to start in January. Then after lunch when I was feeling mostly better I got the train down to Dad's to have dinner there.
The weekend just felt kind of weird and surreal. Though that could have been because of all the pain killers I took, lol.
Yesterday was pretty busy. I had to go pick up a baby carrier for Mum since we're going to my cousin's baby shower this week. And then I was meant to work at 2:30 but they were busy so Kay called me and asked me to come in as soon as possible. So with a lot of rushing I managed to get there by noon. It was super busy all afternoon. Plus I had a little bit of period pain for the third day in a row, though thankfully it was gone by the end of my lunch break. I was ready to start murdering customers by the end of the day. And I think it's just going to get worse in the next few weeks as it comes to the end of the school term and into school holidays.
My period pain is starting to get quite out of control so I've finally gotten a referral to go see my mum's gynaecologist. My GP thinks that maybe I have endomitriosis, but we'll see what the gynaecologist has to say. Now I just have to get an appointment with him as soon as I can.
Had an English test at uni this morning. It went okay I think. I could've been a lot more prepared, but I think I made some valid points in my essay, so I should pass hopefully. And yeah, that's been it for the last few days.
