Had to work today and it was slow. Again. I'm starting to get sick of it. As much as I disliked the back to school period, at least then we didn't stand around for hours on end not doing anything. Have to work again tomorrow as well, and I'm guessing that once again the store will be dead. *sigh*
Have decided to be really vigilant about the diet I've put myself on. Well, it's not really a diet, just me making the decision to cut out all the junk from what I eat. I started it back on New Year's Day and I've already lost a couple of kilos. But I usually slip up a bit and go on a binge. So I've decided for the month of March I will not eat any of the following: MacDonalds, Coke, chocolate, ice-cream.
Also I am going to do some sit-ups and push-ups every day in an attempt to start getting toned again. Will record everything on here everyday so that I have a way to actually push myself to do this.
Day 1:
MacDonalds - 0
Coke - 0
Chocolate - 0
Ice-cream - 0
Sit ups - 20
Push ups - 10
