Hmph.
So I just got a call from my manager to tell me that Blockbuster is closing down. Because they can't find anywhere else to move to. It's what we've all been suspecting for ages but now it's been confirmed. *sigh*
The only consolation is that Lara (our manager) is being moved to the store at Bondi Junction and she's offered to take me and Michael with her. Apparently she's not offering the chance to anyone else who worked at Mascot except us two. So we'll still have somewhere to work at least for the time being.
I guess I'll have to see how things go. Lara's going to call me again tomorrow while I'm at work, I suppose to tell me more, and explain more about what's going to happen. If I like Bondi I'll stay there, if not I guess I'll be out on the job hunt again.
... ugh.
In other news, me and Jai went out to Coogee on Saturday night for a couple of hours. Wasn't big just a few drinks and chatting. Got home at midnight.
And that's about it.
