In Nor Cal for the New Year
So I decided to take my dear friend Roxanne up on her invitation to spend some time with her and her man , Maurice, at their home in Vallejo CA. This place is beautiful . They live in this wonderful, 100+ year old Victorian in the historic district of Vallejo complete with built in's coal burning fire places, hard wood floors , soaring 13 ft. ceilings and claw bathtub. I have always loved the bay area of Northern California and the weather is usually nice. Right now it really feels like winter here. I love that you can actually get seasons here not just the Hot, Hotter , wet and mudslide seasons of SoCal. She is pushing hard for me to move up here and while I love the idea I don't know what I would do for a living there. Something to think about I guess. Happy New Year All!
