Effing conferences...
Today is day 1 of Parent/Teacher Conferences. I hate the idea of having to stick around until 7:30-8pm on the off-chance that a parent will stop by and want to discuss their child's music grade. Grrr.... The PTA is supposedly serving us dinner tonight, which is going to be a chili cookoff. Word has it that there were some...uh... adverse effects from the chili last year. Methinks I'll just go to Subway... It's probably for the best.
I am super excited as my brother Stephen will be in VA on Tuesday for a job interview with teh DEA. If all goes well, he could be considering a move to the DC area in the near future. That'd be cool.
