This is Beautiful. I loved it from the begginning to end. Honestly, you nailed it perfectly. I loved how you kept the characters in character. And I definatly squeed when Naruto told Sasuke to tell Sakura what everhe wanted to say to her by himself. It was very enjoyable to read. Thank You so much!

Still no change.

Naruto edged closer, leaning over Sasuke until he was almost head-to-head with Sakura. “Sasuke!” The more he spoke, the more his already hoarse voice continued to crack - but he went on. “Waste your own time, Sasuke! You die and I’ll still find a way to beat your ass and drag it back!”

“Naruto, that’s enough,” Kakashi began, but Sakura looked up.

“No - Naruto, keep going - keep talking!” she urged breathlessly. “Keep his attention - don’t let him go-”

Knowing better than to ask, glad for the chance to help somehow, Naruto didn’t need telling twice. “Come on, Sasuke!” he repeated, louder. “Didn’t you say you were gonna beat me? I’d like to see you do it!” He gripped the sleeve at Sasuke’s shoulder. “Remember what you wanted me to tell Sakura-chan? Forget it! Tell her yourself! Don’t come this close and then die over something as lame as overusing your stupid Sharingan, you hear me? Sasuke! “Naruto-” His head snapped up towards Sakura. “I need chakra. Help me - your hands-” He quickly

Having fallen silent for the sake of Sakura’s concentration, Naruto hardly moved for fear of breaking it, but when nothing changed after another long minute, he shifted on his knees as he directed as much chakra as he could manage into his hands. If he could only share his Sage chakra, too, without risking Sakura’s safety - maybe that would be enough…

Without warning, Sasuke breathed in deep, only for it to end in another painful cough that they could all feel too clearly. “Sasuke-kun-!” This time, the tremble that went through his body didn’t stop, but went on like a weak spasm. The tension in Sakura’s hands increased as the pull on Naruto’s chakra strengthened and he hissed through his teeth, watching Sasuke with the worst feeling of suspense. He didn’t need Sakura to tell him: this was it. Now or never.

A rush - something like adrenaline - a familiar buzz coursed through him until his hands were the focal point of the feeling. He could feel their combined chakra, now, supporting Sasuke with an alarmingly fine hold

R-Really? There were parts of this I loved and parts where I was more like ehhhh, but I'd worked on it so much and if I took one thing out, that screwed up everything else, but it was already taking me forever and some parts still feel more like OVER!drama, but I re-read it and it was okay, and slkjdflskjdfs.

I thought the whole thing was great, and yeah, it all worked together so well...and COME NOW, this is SHOUNEN--it THRIVES on OVER!drama. 8DDD But I didn't think it was too much at all, really--just the right amount. <33
