Notes: Written for the March week 3 challenge at brigits_flame, theme “fire in their eyes”, and I was totally going to use the prompt a lot more, but then it got lost in the plot so…yeah. Just pretend it’s there.

I love it! I really enjoyed your tale this week as well! :)
I'm so sorry I can't leave a long comment because I have to finish my lens essay tonight (boo!) because I know I won't want to after a day's traveling tomorrow :(

I really liked all the background you subtly added into the dialogue and the conflicting emotions. You never tend to spell out entire stories, but you create them which I enjoy immensely! Wonderful, my love, simply wonderful!!

Hey lovely! Belated reply is belated. :P

This story was actually inspired by old RPG characters I had with some friends back in eighth grade. There was way too much plot and background to go into in the actual story, so I'm glad it came across in the dialogue and interactons.

Oh my, this really tugged at me. Reminded me of my brothers. Except my brothers are violent toward each other sometimes, cuz they're older than Marin and Kero.

I love the comparisons between Caela/Rayne and Marin/Kero. And I think you really wrote the warmth of that fire into the story well. I actually warmed up. ;)

I love the boys, they're adorable, and I feel so sorry for them! Your characters always get to me! *tear*

This world comes from an RPG I was in with some friends back in eighth grade, but the compound idea was mine. I might do another entry in this !verse, if the prompt allows for it. :)
