So long, farewell, auf wierdsen, adieu
how poetic is this: when i was first hired at sports authority, i received a phone call by a manager named "Travis" who told me when to come in for my interview and all those lil details. so he was the first person i met and got me aquainted with working there. tonight was my last night at sports authority (moment of silence and reflection)..and i was the closing cashier so i cleaned up the front of the store and locked up the cash registers and awaited my permission to leave which usually takes about 10 minutes after i finish my work. well, guess who was the closing manager for the night? travis. so he was like, dude, this is ur last night? and i was like..yup, im going to school pretty soon and have places to go. so he was like, well, i'll let u go early, so he walkd me to the front of the store and shook my hand goodbye and i road off into the sunset. a nice way to finalize my time at sports authority.i will miss that place.
