It's a bit odd being away from home for the new year. We celebrate it differently than people do here, so it's at least interesting.
I've obtained a small collection of various cow-themed objects because of this. Courtesy of Fuyumi, no doubt. My family sent two cards, 年賀状, but she, of course, sent more than necessary in addition.
She sent Haruhi something, too. And an extra gift in case I had any other friends. I'll probably end up giving it to Haruhi. I'm a bit surprised, yet at the same time I'm not.
Hm. A new school year has started, I've become a Junior. Should be interesting.
