I think it's really funny how every time I have a piano lesson, my teacher tries to change something in the book. She's decided that she's going to rewrite the song I'm supposed to be learning, because she doesn't like the way it sounds. For some reason, that makes me laugh.
Really, she should just write her own lesson book. i think it would be so much easier on her. Haha.
The weather has been great lately...it was really warm out yesterday. I took Eddie for a walk. It was nice. We're supposed to get rain tomorrow too - even better. I am so ready for the year's first thunderstorm, it's not even funny. Rain would be nice...
Easter is almost here, as well. Watching my brother is really funny. He's still completely convinced there is an Easter Bunny. Kids at school are telling him otherwise, but he seems to be ignoring them. It's kind of the same deal with Santa - "You know, I really don't understand what those kids are talking about, Sydney - because I heard Santa one night on our roof, and I know he's real. I just know it." It's cute. I go along with the whole thing; why burst the poor kids bubble?
I'm glad it's the weekend. And I'm glad that I have today off from school. Grant it, I haven't done much today - I spent pretty much all day babysitting - but the beak is still nice. Always is.
We have landscaper people over right now. They're working with my mom outside, I think.
