A writer friend of mine, Lazette Gilford, wrote a free downloadable book on surviving NaNoWriMo.
Lazette is a Hardcore writer. She puts me to shame at times. In a past NaNoWriMo, she wrote Three seperate books during one month, totaling over 100,000 words.
I don't say that to demoralize you. NaNoWriMo isnt' supposed to be about beating another person, it's about doing your personal best.
To that end, Lazette wrote a book on surviving NaNoWriMo. It's got a lot of great stuff on Writer's block, killing the inner editor, (the stuff on getting ready is a little late, by this point), meeting daily goals, and what to do when it's over with (dealing with Post-NaNoWriMo blues.). Plus there is a lot of general writing stuff in there for folks who want to be writers at any point.
