I'm posting this at the suggestion of
strangevisitor7.  This morning I confessed to having my own personal canon list concerning Chloe.  This was the first thing I wrote concerning chloe.  It helped me to get inside her head.

I should consider doing something like this for Sam and Dean as well. Particularly Sam.

Seventeen facts about Chloe Sullivan.

1. 
   Chloe didn't really want a Yaris. It was what she could afford on her salary as an obit writer. She wanted a red Mini Cooper.
   
2. 
   She loves Clark. But after the cheerleading incident, she decided that she's not in love with him. She wouldn't date him if given the chance. Some friendships are not worth risking. But he is still at the top of her speed dial.
   
3. 
   There is no number 3.
   
4. 
   She has a fangirl crush on Neil Gaiman. She once drove to St. Louis and sat outside a Barnes and Noble for six hours just to get him to autograph her Sandman graphic novel.
   
5. 
   Her I-pod has Pink, U2, Jim Morrison, Emmylou Harris and Bob Dylan on it. She picks her music based on the writing, not the genre. Except for . . .
   
6. 
   She is an big fan of Celtic punk. Her favorite band is the Dropkick Murphies.
   
7. 
   She wishes she could've met Grant and Bogart. They don't make men like that anymore.
   
8. 
   Her prom crown is carefully packed away in a trunk with her high school journalism awards. She keeps it around to remind herself that some people are capable of seeing her as a girl, and that she really should have an excuse to dress up on occasion.

   Although her code-name is Watchtower, most of the guys shortened it to just 'tower. Whenever they call her that, she feels shorter.

    Her favorite TV show is Jeopardy. Her favorite board game is Trivial Pursuit. She is the Talon's all-time reigning trivia champion.

    There are some boundaries in her mind that she Will. Not. Cross. For example: She was never attracted to Lex because a. He was her dad's boss. b. He was much older than her. c. She was always nervous about something in his gaze that was just a little bit . . . calculating. d. It secretly squicked her out that Lex seemed to have a man-crush on Clark.

    Before Gabe moved them to Smallville, Chloe spent her time with her Grampy Sullivan while Gabe was working. Hearing her grandfather's Irish folk tales is what first gave Chloe a taste for the weird.

    Thanks to the virtual Wall of Weird, she is a bit of an underground celebrity in the metahuman community.
    
14. 
    Her contacts extend outside the metahuman community, and she has been known to help out patrons of a certain bar in Nebraska when they need information. There is some guy there named Ash who keeps e-mailing marriage proposals to her.

    When she was six, the penguins threw her out of catechism classes for being argumentative.
    
16. 
    She's not a big drinker. She doesn't drink beer because she'll get two-thirds of the way through a bottle, and it'll turn hot and taste nasty. She does like Irish Cream coffee. The stimulant in the coffee and the sedative in the alcohol do interesting things together. It has to be made with Jamacan Blue Mountain and Tullamore Dew, though. The only person who ever got the mix completely right was Mike Callahan at that funky little bar with the fireplace. She never could find that place again. Maybe she didn't need to.

    Her patron saint is Saint Peter, who is patron saint to worsmiths of every stripe. She wears a St. Peter catholic medallion that her dad gave her when she won her first internship to the Daily Planet.
