By now I'm up to veggie soup with rice. And lots of fruits and veggies. Also having hummus with the veggies, which is healthier than Ranch dip. I made a nice pasta salad with garbanzo beans for lunch tomorrow.
Hubby and I are also experimenting with alternatives until we can phase meat and cheese back into our diet. Harps has a nice natural/organic foods section. Including frozen things. So we're trying a taco salad with morningstar "not ground beef" and a soy cheese pizza on wheat crust. It's meh, but if you *must* have pizza then it'll get you through.
Also, once you start eating again, don't plan any long car trips. Your body will detoxify one last time. And that's all I'm going to say about that.
