And isn't that just Dean. So long as everyone is still present to carry on the argument, there's a bond. Sam and Dad fought often, but it wasn't a problem until Sam really left (as opposed to Dad going away every-so-often but usually returning).

Dude has issues. He puts up this big, annoying, jerky front because he's scared to let people see that underneath it all, he's a very sweet and caring guy.

Maybe if Chloe can get past her own emotional issues, the two of them could make it through round two.

Bit IF though.

Question: When Sam is like "did you read all" and Dean is like "enough" - Did he really read enough or was/is there more that Sam knows but Dean doesn't (yet) because Sam is willing to plow through for information and 'solutions' while Dean would rather skirt gently around the 'problems' and hope they'll go away or at least stay behind him since he's so clearly walked past...? What? I'm off today. I don't have to be succinct... right?

Dean read a good deal more than was just presented in the fic. (I wrote pages and pages of journal entries that Muses_Circle and I later had to cut for length)

The most important entries are the ones that made it into the story.

Dean read quite a bit of it. "I read enough" is his very Deanish way of saying that he's read all that he can deal with at the moment, but that as soon as he can wrap his head around that, he'll go back to read more.

At this point, sam has read more. But as Dean processes, and reads more he'll catch up.

Wow! *Character development potential*. *Character development potential*. I love it. :D

The way you wrote those diary entries and brought out Chloe's fears was masterful.

And Dean's reaction was so typically Dean.Know he knows what lead to what Chloe did but he's still cross and processing. I hope the 'Chuck' (lol!) Heston Movie helps.

Thank you very much. It was a combined effort. I wrote the journal enteries, and muses_circle wrote Dean's POV.

If they don't, it's going to be a very short story. XD

The point of this arc is growing up. Sam, Dean and Chloe have all been acting childish. So they're all growing up in a way.
