God knows he met the height requirement.

Ha! :D

This is a tremendous arc. From start to act 4 (which is where/when I'm figuring we are now "Because this is far from over.") I'm practically on the edge of my over-stuffed arm chair. (Had to check before going in to work.) I'm looking forward to the great Winchester & Co. Reunion and the varying reactions to Chloe's new challenge.

Thank you.

Yep. We're in the home stretch. By my reckoning, we have the last part of this story arc, and two more to go.

Of course, I thought we were near the end about 5 stories ago. So you never know. ;)

Wait - What?! No. No, no, I was meaning the blood cults arc. You mean...you mean you aren't writing this series forever???

*is crestfallen*

(But seriously, it is a great series and I look forward to all of your writing, be it this or others; do you know if Yard Dog will be in San Diego in July?)

I don't think that they are. Primarily their presence is in the south and midwest. Although the yard doggies are lately branching out into the west proper.

I do know that they're going to be at Conquest, Conestoga in tulsa (I've got plans to be at that one), Soonercon, and either Fencon (which I've never made it to, but I hear is a completely Rockin' con in Houston) or Archon (which I have been to, and is a completely Rockin' con in St. Louis.) Alas, both of them are on the same weekend.

And I think it is quite possible that there are enough yard dog authors that there may be a Yard Dog Press Traveling Roadshow at Dragon Con. If you ever get a chance to see it, I do reccomend it. There are usually readings, interpretive dance, sometimes belly dance and magic tricks.

Always a lot of fun. One year I pretended to be a demon for a story, and I got to use a mechanical 'claw' arm as my prop 'tail.'

Eta: I might, secretly, be planning on taking the plot and turning it into an original story. But It's an experiment.

Of course - as soon as I move out of the midwest, I uncover all the things I wish I had seen or done while I lived there. I'm saving my nickels with Comic-Con on the horizon, but you keep mentioning the Bubbas series and it gets more and more intriguing every time.

(It's really one of the best and most original journey's I've seen in fanfic, so I would be super-excited to see any portion of this story, at your hand, in original fiction.)

I was just thinking that the whole thing reads like a serialized novel. A little like the way that The Three Musketeers did.

I imagine that I'd have to drop a few things, create new characters completely, Maybe come up with a few other adventures, and take out a few of the story lines. . . By the time I'm done, it couldn't be recognizeably anything remotely similar to spn or sv. . . hmm.

Hence the term 'experiment.'
