Also, my friend Maggie Bonham (shadowhelm on my f-list) has a new Novel out, Lachlei. (It's a short little epic fantasy where gods and mortals interact, and the fate of worlds will be decided by the choices of a warrior queen, Lachlei.)
She's running a contest to go along with it. The winner of which gets to be killed by a werewolf in her next novel.

What kind of contest is this, you might ask? What sort of warped person would want to be immortalized in a book by being killed by a werewolf in some nasty and violent way?
To be immortalized by being killed. Hmmm, that's pretty warped. But you know, it's something that money can't buy. (Or if it does, it costs a LOT!)
Be a character in Maggie Bonham's next book, Howling Dead, a cyberpunk-werewolf book with a bite! The winner of the contest will be killed by a werewolf in one of the scenes of her book. That means, you'll have bragging rights to show all your friends and family how famously you're going to go out. (just keep those silver bullets nearby, ok?)
THE PRIZES
Grand Prize -- Being a character in Howling Dead, to be fictionally murdered most brutally by a werewolf. Plus autographed copies of M H Bonham's books, Prophecy of Swords, Runestone of Teiwas, and Lachlei. Plus an ebook prize pack from Dragon Moon Press.

Welcome to the Lachlei Contest! Here's how it works:

You read the book!
You answer the questions at www.lachlei.com
. A correctly answered ballot will get you a single entry into the drawing. If you answer the bonus question, you get two entries! (The bonus question is for print editions only). Winners are randomly chosen from a pool of correctly answered entries on May 2nd. Wrongly answered entries will be discarded. Judging of correct entries performed by the author. All judging is final. The contest begins March 15 and ends May 1 2008.
