I have a new Transformers LJ icon!
Unfortunately shrinking it down kinda' makes it hard to get the joke, but the gun in Shockwave's hand is the exact type of gun he turns into (except much smaller), thus the comment. Granted Shockwave only uses this gun once in the series, so it's thought by many to be some weird animation glitch. Especially since not only is his left hand a gun, but he turns into a gun. So the need for him to use another gun seems... odd. Oh well.
