I realize I have not updated this thing in a really long time. Sometimes I randomly think about updating, but then I don’t. I guess I was just waiting for something to amuse me enough that I had to share it. Anyway, I have spent the entire day today working on my paper for Prisons. My entire paper needs to be based on this book. This would have been considerably easier to do if I had read the book. So, as it is, I had to read about 200 pages of it today. I am actually really impressed that I was able to do that.
Anyway, I think all that reading made me a little punchy. I just started really writing my paper. I go to save it, and all of a sudden, my computer starts talking. Apparently, if you press the windows key + S, instead of CTRL + S, the computer will read anything you have highlighted. Once I discovered this, I found it is a great way to procrastinate. It is actually really fun to make the computer pronounce things that are not even words. As long as there is a vowel, it will try to say it. So, my suggestion for the day is to try doing that. It is amazingly entertaining.
