Blast from the Past
Wow. Recently I was beset with the urge to build another webpage. I haven't built one in many years, nor did I have the inclination until just now. As an extension of this I decided to have a look on my old webserver with iiNet that I have had since mid-1996. I stumbled across a very old website of mine that was still actually in service, including an eloquent rant of mine at the time about the corrupt nature of IRC (Internet Relay Chat), the first "chat channels". It amuses me to see that I was even more opinionated back then than I am now... and unfortunately seemingly had a better way of words. Probably had more practice then I guess. In security you just seem to communicate more in grunts and curses, and the oft deserved drawn-out sigh.

Since not many people read this anymore perhaps I should start using it as a forum of my musings again.... maybe? :)
