(no subject)
so last night was tori. and it was amazing. what a setlist. OUT OF NOWHERE came 'blood roses,' 'doughnut song,' 'josephine,' 'merman' and 'twinkle.' freakin 'twinkle.' WHAT? it was insane. anyway, she also played some other greats, like 'cooling,' 'rocketman,' 'carbon,' 'landslide,' 'the beekeeper' and 'tear in your hand.' 'cooling' and 'landslide' brought tears.
the only bad aspect was the freakin idiots screaming throughout the show. we KNOW you love tori. tori KNOWS you love tori. shut the fuck up. she actually stopped during a verse of 'landslide' and said, "the motley crue concert is across the fucking road." i'm thinking she ditched 'marys of the sea' and sang 'i don't like mondays' instead just to prove a point. her encore was really, really quick after that. it seemed like she just wanted to get off stage. can you blame her? i mean, i've heard a few people were actually throwing bottle caps at her. if you don't like the music, LEAVE. it's real simple. just show some respect to the artist, now matter how much you think they suck or how drunk you are.
the meet and greet was okay i guess. it's the first one i've been to. we waited 3 hours and she finally came out around 5:00. neither russ nor i actually got to talk to her, but we were really close and she looked absolutely goregous. i decided to leave the chaos of the crowd and go stand to the side so i could get some good pictures. you don't know tori freaks until you go to one of those things. i no longer consider myself obsessed compared to those people. there was actually a girl there dressed in a prom dress and carrying a parasol. i shit you not. why? just why?
