Life is one big PARTY!
ok guys, here is a huge recap of the last few days...it all started on thursday when we had our senior recognition night where awards and scholarships were given out. i got a $500 award for boosters, greatly appreciated, although it'll prolly only pay for books...but anyway, that night i went to bickfords with rudi, kendra and a bunch of other people and we had breakfast at 12ish, it was a blast. and we were stared and oogled at in our graduation gowns, it was amusing.
then on friday there was class day, where we rehearsed the graduation ceremony a couple times (fun!) and were seen by all the underclassmen in the 150 degree gym in our grad robes. no that was just a sweat fest. haha. so thenwe had a couple hours to prep/primp for the senior cruise on boston harbor. we set sail on the majestic princess with all 220 of our class on board. it was a chill boat btw... we had a nice dinner and then the majority of people, all the cool ones, danced on the deck on the second level. it was awesome! even mr. keough, our principal danced a bit. all the teachers were so cool about everything that night, and i was so thankful that everything went smoothly. when we got back from the cruise and into medfield around 11, we again went on a bickford's run. breakfast at night never gets old...
on saturday i reffed one game and then went to perry's graduation party. that was fun, then dave, croft and i went to wheelock to play some ultimate and tool on some underclassmen...hehe. a wendy's run capped off the night well...
and on sunday, we had our graduation! i couldn't believe it, it came and went too damn fast, we had some good speakers tho, murph was on his a-game, fitzy was down to earth, and pickering was fiery in the beginning but calmed down thankfully. after graduation ended, we mingled and then i left for my family graduation party, where i got a lot of cool gifts and lots of money...and finally the all night graduation party came! the theme was the red sox's world series win, and the school was decorated with, the ACTUAL world series trophy (which i got a picture next to), a small but still pretty big green monster, and Yawkee Way down the main hallway. there was SO much to do, there was a moonwalk, lazer tag, a casino, raffles, trivia, tatoos, lots of good food, and a scavenger hunt. it went from 9 pm to 5 am...it was amazing! I wish it could've never ended...and the dj was so cool, he played virtual insanity by jamiroquai for ian and i, we ended up having a dance battle to it, and i definitely won...but he was tired so i'll give him a break. i can't beleive high school is over! i'm already missing people, even though I'll be seeing half of them at various grad parties this coming week. i know right now that i will miss sandra the most...it was inevitable i guess.
