I think I've calmed down a bit now, having gone out everyday for the last week.. it's been really crazy. Especially Halloween on Friday, and then Armageddon on both Saturday and Sunday.
Didn't do anything too fancy for Halloween, no costumes, no trick-or-treating or house-parties. Not this time. Not in the middle of exam month. Maybe next year, but not this time. On Friday, met up with about 15 or so friends and went out for Karaoke and Dinner. Karaoke was great, dinner was not. I started to feel sick towards the end, being shoved in the corner in the upstairs level of a very crowded and hot restaraunt, with no fresh air or fluids to keep me hydrated. Not to mention being completely ignored by my boyfriend the rest of the night. After dinner everyone went down to the arcades but I'd had enough, I left.. feeling kind of crap, but ran into a friend who comforted me for a while but then had to leave. I ended up spending the rest of the night with some random guys who came up to talk to me and wanted to buy me drinks. It was fun. They drove me home the next morning.. didn't get sleep.. ugh..
Armageddon.. for my first time going.. was pretty bad too, lol. Played some D&D..and stuff..nothing too interesting. Sunday was slightly better, though my only plan for that day was to go and meet Jim Lee and get his autograph, but that didn't work so well. I waited for hours.. and hours..and in line.. but they closed off the line and didn't want to let anyone else through. It seems that the only people who even had a chance of meeting him were the people who had been waiting around since reaaallly early that morning. So even though I waited a couple of hours, there was so way I could even have a chance. Which was really dissapointing. And since I couldn't do that I went and played some Magic the gathering, got a free deck, so I might try picking it up again and play with friends. Watched the cosplay comp, the headed to Crown with friends for dinner but I had to leave got if I didn't, Mum would get pissy with me. So I missed out on the Galactic Circus action :[ Oh well. Next time. Highlight would have to be my Ron Weasley replica wand purchase. It even lights up and everything! Though because I didn't have money with me on the day, a friend lent me money but then took the wand with him saying I'd get it when I manage to pay him back! Eh D:
Great weekend overall. Now I should properly get my butt studying. English exam tomorrow. Oh fun =_=
