they auction off fish from different countries, and then you race your fish in a long rectangular tank.

When they auctioned off the fish from USA everyone booed, LOUD.
The host presents it by saying "and this next fish has NO FRIENDS! nobody likes this fish!" etc etc
in any case, no one wanted the poor goldfish representing america, so i bid $5 and we lost.
the presenter announced New Zealand's victory with "the lazy fat gloutonous american fish couldn't get to the other end of the tank, wooooo!"
it's kind of funny, kind of sad.
