My father, electrical engineer for 25 years and graduate of National Taiwan University with a degree in physics, is taking Trigonometry at De Anza Community College to "maintain" his brain functions. Everytime I come home, he reports with glee his progress.

"The teacher told me that I didn't need to do the extra credit because it wouldn't improve my grade." (because it's too high already)

"Whenever he makes a mistake in class, I'll correct him."

"I woke up at 5 AM this morning to do my math homework!"

That's all I'm going to say because I can't find the feeling words to describe how I... feel.
