i'm packing up and moving. this country is a real piece of shit. we can't pay experienced teachers with multiple degrees more than what a novice insurance claims agent makes, we can't have decent public transit in some of the largest US cities, we can't develop alternative energy sources, we can't protect more wildlife areas, we can't get our shit together in response to a catastrophe, we can't send more food, manpower, and medicine to africa, we can't pump life into our ailing arts community, we can't implement reform in our welfare system (or anywhere else), but by God - on with the development of new and different ways to kill people, ineffective border control, teaching materials for education in abstinence and intelligent design, locking up people who smoke the reefer, and most importantly, ON WITH SALMON PLANES!
