Remember, junsu was drunk when he met jaejoong at the club, he recognised him at once but unfortunately he might not have remembered the scene afterwards..that's why he looks dumbfounded when yoochun asks about jaejoong. There's a link between jaemin (you might know that now) and junsu knows about that. he just doesn't know jaejoong personally ..and jaejoong , he doesn't know junsu at all..
