Torture is finally over
The auction that I was bidding on finally ended. I was the high bidder all the way up until the last 30 seconds. I didn't even realize I had been outbid at first. Not that it mattered. I couldn't bid any more either way. It's probably better that I didn't win the auction, but after being the high bidder for two whole days (was a three day auction) it's hard to let it go.
Gavin's feeling kind of puny tonight, was last night too. He's had a low grade fever since last night. Also has a slight cough. Need to check the school policy manual to see what they say about keeping kids out due to illness.
We went shopping for his Halloween costume this morning. Gavin wanted to be Mario so that's who he will be. Just need to find some white gloves and the costume will be complete.
