Rains are always welcome

Rains are adorable. The most spell binding moment being the sound of rain drops evoking the mystical petrichor off mother earth and the darker sky illuminated by beautiful lightening that roars loud enough to make you feel alive. Why am I talking all this in month of Feb? The drizzling of past few hours made me hopeful that all this might happen soon enough. Here are some pics from my window. Tried experimenting in manual mode to capture stream of rain drops but did not work out. Incidentally the first pic that was taken in auto-mode did capture some four streaks of rain lines if you look closely. Posting that as first pic followed by rest three in manual mode.
