When small problems/things start appearing big...

it's time to start remembering all small happy moments that made you feel big. After all, memories can work both ways. They can torture you on bad days or they can lift your spirits high. Choice is very much yours.

Something matters more than memories. Memories are distorted reflections of past. Distorted because your mind never remembers all of it. Therefore memories may eventually be just a 'feel-good' fantasy. What matters more than memories are your thoughts. That's your present. What you think matters. That's the strongest element of a human soul. Your thoughts. Yet, we forget them because we don't value them enough to preserve them. It's an irony that people choose remembering bad memories over preserving important thoughts. I hope to do later through my blogs. Memories, well I do fall prey to them and quite often end up writing them even though I don't particularly enjoy doing so. I prefer preserve thoughts because more than memories, they have come to rescue on wrong days. My thoughts form the image of me as I see myself and image of the world as I see it.

Something matters more than thoughts. Actions. For that matter, Action is the only reality we deal with. And Action is the only element that can bring the other two to life.

If you connect these three elements, these three dots you will realize how beautifully they stitch the fabric of our life. Thoughts are the seeds. Actions turn those seeds into plants. Memories are fruit of those plant. Can be rotten, can be energizing. If you traverse backward, memories will be either a rotten fruit if your actions were wrong or it will be energizing fruit if your actions were good. There will be plant if there are actions or there will be no plant if there are no actions. In other words, your thoughts will either fall on rich soil of actions or barren land of no action.

What you think, what you do and what you remember. Choice is yours. Always yours.
