Kindly ignore the person holding sword. First... that's not sword. Swords are not permitted in our NCST kitchen as far as I remember reading from the rule books. So treat it as just another big knife.
Wonderful service provided by the canteen staff. The only other facility that came any close to our canteen services was the one at UN office, Vienna.
