I am wondering how one confuses Micro managing with efficiency?
I am pretty sure that the two are almost mutually exclusive.
I guess I just do not find the need to call the project leader when I start a project for the day and then when I end the project for the day, especially when I am the only person who is working on my piece of the project and it does not effect any ones deliveralbes when I end said project.
