If the wind is blowing 28 mph with gusts up to 36 mph and you are driving a truck up an enormous hill and you litterally don't have the strength to push the gas petal any harder and you are flying all over the highway...

If you can't tell if you are sliding on black ice or the wind is pushing you into the next lane...

If you stop your car, and park it, and you find yourself still moving because the wind blew your car sideways across the ice...
