[To Howard's credit, he debates whether he should break the Joker's fourth wall or not, mostly cause it's the JOKER.]

He looks like a famous actor.

And of course it has to be Joker.

Actually, Joker was in the sequel. At least, in the Nolan films he was in the sequel. Ra's al Ghul and Scarecrow got the honor of appearing in the first Nolan film.
