A Few Useful Little Tols

Laura's "Useful Little Tools" bookmark folder would like to present you with...

A few useful little tools:

Poladroid Project - make digital pictures look like Polaroids. (Didn't I just do a post on this?)

Says-It - Remember the Church Sign Generator? Those people. They've gotten WAY more stuff since I last visited. Like cassette tapes.

MultiColr Search Lab - search through flickr based on what colors you want to see. I like the blues and whites and purples and orange.

Pixlr - Honestly I bookmarked this when the site was inaccessible and haven't used it since then. It's a free, online, image editing program/site.

Block Posters - make images big, print them, put them on your walls.

Rasterbator - like Block Poster but not. More circly. I made, but never printed, posters with both Block Posters and Rasterbator. I really should print them sometime...

Sunrise Sunset Calendar - For when you need to know when the sun goes up, goes down, and what the moon phases are based on the date and location.

Icon Table Generator - Generating tables for lots of icons with just inputting the url of the image. User friendly and customizable.

EasyBib - a free MLA bibliography generator. It ALPHABATIZES! This page saves my bacon in MLA required classes.

Class Timer - It counts down or up. And bings at you.

Online Calculators - basic, scientific, quadratics! No business calculator thought it would seem. But it does compounding.

LifeHacker's list of free domain applications - and just LifeHacker in general for fantastic life hack tips and tricks. (But no ticks.)
