Finally, Kayla's asleep ... Let's see ... First, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all you daddies out there!!! Hmm ... Today I ate at Genji with my family. I agreed with my sister to cover myself and my mom (total=$60) and she'd cover my dad and herself and her husband. Aaaah ... I guess it was worth it because the food was mmmm mmmm good. It was my first time eating there. I really really like their tempura sushi ... sooooooooooo good. If only my stomach were bigger then I'd really make my money's worth. Hahaha ... Man was it raining hard this morning, thunder and everything. I mean, I like the rain but not on a day that I have to go out and stuff. If I just planned to lounge around at home then I'd be all for this rainy weather but when you have places to go and errands to run, rainy weather ain't all that fun. Hmmm ... Oh, I saw Arianne at Genji too. She looks the same of course. She said to call her the next time we plan to do something. Hmmm ... Oh, I also saw Val yesterday when I went to the bank. I think she looks the same too. After work on Saturday I also met up with Bev and her son at Whimsy's for a playdate. This is the very first time I've seen him. I mean, I've never seen any pictures whatsoever so I just kept staring at him in awe because this is the first time I've seen him and because me and Bev gave birth the same day so our kids are almost exactly the same age, just a few hours apart. So yeah, that was my weekend. I'm thinking about taking Kayla to the carnival. I know it's not all that but I guess since my parents always took my sister, brother, and me every year when we were little, I'd like to carry on the tradition. I know Kayla probably won't remember any of it but I just want to create as many memories as I can with her because she's growing up so fast. :( ... Hmmm ... I guess this is all for now ...

This is a picture of Kayla on her new bed ... no more playpen.

I told her to go lay down on mommy's bed and pretend she was sleeping and I'll take a picture and to my surprise she did just that.

Kayla would rather play with these car games and arcade games with the buttons and joystick rather than ride the rides for her age. Silly girl. It took me two hours to finish three dollars worth of tokens since there wasn't much to do for kids her age.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm ...

Now just a little bit closer Kayla and Kayden.
(I thought it was already much of coincidence that bev and I gave birth on the same day but what's more is that both their names start with "kay" and both their nicknames are KC. Hahahaha ... Cool huh?)

... Bev and Kayden Jerome & Me and Kayla Celine ...

I know ... Sooooooooooooooo Cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!!!
